Had a decent quali. Had a poorer start than I was expecting. Had abit of a nuge from Juan at Turn 1, then hunted down Linden. I was managing my pace, although I was getting left behind, I knew I was on a different fuel strategy. I then pitted early for Primes so I could get 2 stop in without any problems. I came out just ahead of Martin, I was third behind Orlando and Linden (who had pitted a lap later), who were battling for first. I wasn't catching them fast as I was still managing my pace. Then Linden lost his front wing and he and Orlando pitted, so I stayed out for two more laps, and then pitted for options. I rejoined behind Linden and Orlando and had a great battle with Linden for a few laps before he got slingshot by the kerb at Turn 7. I was then catching Orlando, fast. We had a fantastic, close battle for the lead for the final two laps. At the penultimate corner, on the last lap, Orlando locked up, and ran wide and I was inches ahead but I ran out of fuel with meters to go. Orlando won but it was so close (I believe it was 3 tenths)!
Congrats to Orlando, Linden, and Martin!
Another podium in all 4 races this season :) Another double-top five fin for me 'nd Martin!
